SIGNA DEVELOPMENT SELECTION AG, A COMPANY OF THE SIGNA GROUP, HAS SOLD THE RESIDENTIAL TOWER OF THE VIENNA PROJECT AT THE Schweizergarten, currently still under construction, TO US-BASED TISHMAN SPEYER INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT GMBH (TSIM) IN A FORWARD DEAL.
This is TSIM’s first purchase in Austria.

In designing the property, SIGNA, the project developer, placed great value on these long-term criteria in particular, along with an overall high-quality positioning.”
The building with 209 rental apartments is planned to be completed in the spring of 2021. It is part of the BEL & MAIN Vienna building ensemble. The residential tower as well as the two adjacent buildings for hotel and office use were designed by the renowned architectural firm Delugan Meissl Associated Architects.
