ADINA APARTMENT HOTEL IN BEL & MAIN VIENNA

27. June 2019

IN THE BEL & MAIN VIENNA MIXED-USE BUILDING ENSEMBLE (FORMERLY AM SCHWEIZERGARTEN PROJECT), the ADINA APARTMENT HOTEL WITH 134 ROOMS WILL BE BUILT BY SPRING 2021 alongside THE BEL & MAIN RESIDENCES TOWER WITH 209 RENTAL APARTMENTS AND THE BEL & MAIN BUSINESS OFFICE TOWER.

Adina brings the Australian lifestyle to Vienna: with this operator, the renowned apartment hotel brand and market leader for high-quality apartment hotels could be brought on board. “The Vienna location was a logical next step in our Europe-wide expansion. The Austrian market for hotel apartments in the upscale segment is still underdeveloped. Anyone who wants both the premium service facilities of a hotel and the feel-good factor of their own apartment has hardly had any accommodation options in Austria up until now”, says Matthias Niemeyer, Head of Development Europe at Adina.

The modern, spacious studios and apartments with sizes from approx. 26 m² to 50 m² will offer guests an area for living and working, a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and dishwasher as well as washing machine and dryer; the units are suitable for one to four persons. The Adina Vienna Belvedere is not just one of seven hotels in Vienna with its own pool, but it also features a sauna and fitness area, 24-hour reception, extensive breakfast offerings as well as an excellently equipped bar.

Business travellers can also rent the lounge connected to a terrace for smaller meetings or events – as well as the large congress rooms of ANdAZ Vienna am Belvedere of the Hyatt Group, which is connected by a piazza. This area has just been opened and was also realised by SIGNA. All culinary wishes are met with three different restaurants and the spectacular AURORA Rooftop Bar.

The direct proximity to Vienna’s main train station ensures an optimal connection to the infrastructure of Austria’s capital. This connection not just allows a time-saving arrival and departure with a direct link to the international airport; it’s also a perfect starting point to explore the whole city. The tram line D passes directly past the hotel and connects the location to Vienna’s city centre as far as the Heurigen in Döbling. Anyone looking for peace and nature will easily find this in the adjacent Schweizergarten and around Schloss Belvedere, which gives the area its name. As for local shopping, the city centre or the BahnhofCity mall and THE ICON VIENNA with over 90 shops can be reached quickly and easily.

This hotel in Vienna is one out of eight that Adina plans to open in Europe over the next few years.
